Customer Service Representative:
Salary – 30 to 40K
Experience -3 to 5 years
Timings : 12:30 pm to 10:30pm
Must be well versed with both verbal and written english
Job Descriptions:-
- Handling all UK email communication and telephonic communication on a daily basis
- Resolving customer complaints via both email and telephonic conversation and liasoning with specific departments for this
- Collecting data for any new or potential customers through online channels.
- Approaching new and potential customers via social media
- Other data handling or operations work as and when given
- Must have experience of working at a call centre as an incharge
