Head Sales, Marketing and Business Development:

Salary: Approx 20,00,000 – 30,00,000 PA
Location:  Jalandhar, India



Job Descriptions:-

  • Heading Distributors, Retail Sale Network, Channel Sales, Ecommerce business, Modern Retail of the company
  • Establishing targets for New product launch and category launch and heading the execution
  • Creating life cycle for every product
  • Plan, budget and create GTM for all channels of the Sports vertical (Trade, Modern Retail & Ecommerce)
  • Planning and establishing monthly customer coverage
  • Planning the territory wise coverage
  • Projecting monthly estimations for all the products
  • Establishing new strategies to engage potential customers
  • Planning and incentivizing Dealers and Distributors when targets are achieved to keep them motivated
  • Reviewing the Manpower requirements, Budgeting as per the role required and then ensuring the right person is appointed within the budget and creating a framework of potential development pathways for every hired employee
  • Ensuring achievement of a minimum sales target and planning and ensuing Top line achievement of the category
  • Setting standards/ targets after reviewing the market response to a product and Liaisoning with the Sales team for the achievement of set targets
  • Planning product margins at different points of selling
  • Planning monthly schemes to shoot up sales and executing these schemes

 

Competencies Required:-

  • Willing to travel (PAN India) as and when required
  • Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Must have experience of 5 years
  • Must have good English writing skills
  • Good Communication Skills
