Experience 2 to 4 years
Timings : 9am to 7pm
well versed with MS Excel
Must have knowledge of EPF & ESI and others factory act compliances
Must have experience in HR – 3-5 years.
- Responsible for managing salary software and checkimg biometric attendance on a daily basis.
- Responsible for preparing advances ,salary & submitting it to the managemnet on a timely basis
- Managing all joining formalities of employees & handelling all work relating to EPF & ESI & Other factories act companies.
- Handelling recruitment & interviews.
- Maintaining all required documentation concerning payroll
